Google Apps Email Signature Images

How To Add Images To Your Google Apps For Business Email Signature

This is really simple just follow the steps below:

Step 1:  Click the gear shift icon – > Choose “settings”

Step 2:  Click the “general” tab

Step 3 :  Scroll down to the “signature” box and choose the radial box that sets a signature -> choose the email address (from the drop down if available) that you want to create a signature for. Most people will not have drop down, so don’t worry if you don’t see it. If you have aliases/domain aliases you will need to create a signature for each alias that you plan to send from. Your new signature will not automatically show for all the email addresses in the drop down.

Step 4:   Type your signature now (if you do not already have a text signature in the box that is)

Step 5:  Now for the fun stuff! Let’s add some images to the bottom of your signature. Click the icon to insert images.

Caution: Step 6-9 is for micamp.com email users only!

Step 6:  Oh my! A URL! what the heck?  No sweat we have the URL’s for you.

Step 7:  The first one will allow you to place MiCamp’s logo at the bottom of your signature.  Just copy and paste the following into the “Image URL” box

http://optimocity.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/MiCampBrandSmall.png

Step 8:  After you paste the URL choose small.

Step 9:  Repeat steps 7 & 8 using the following URL to insert the First Data logo next to the MiCamp logo. The URL that you can use for the First Data logo is
